Do you have the Guidelines for Coding and reporting in Find-A-Code?

Yes, Click on the "Info" menu at the top left of your page, under "Helps & Guides", you will find the Official guidelines for coding and reporting.  Guidelines are produced as companion documents to be used with the Official Version of the ICD-9-CM and ICD-10-CM.  You can choose which document you want to view by simply clicking the down arrow found next to the document title.  Some guideline documents are found on the "home" page for the specific code set.  To get to a code set's home page, select the "Codes" menu and choose a code set.
