Where can I find a list of Diagnosis codes that can be billed with a specific procedure?

Go to the desired Procedure Code Information Page. In the lower portion of your pop-open bars locate the "CROSS-A-CODE" section. When you open it you have the option of selecting "My carrier only", "My State carriers", or "All carriers" nationwide. From here you have the option of searching for related Diagnosis codes, CPT/HCPCS modifiers, NCCI Edits Modifiers, and more.
