A patient presented for cryoablation of the bilateral posterior nasal nerves. An endoscope was inserted into the right nostril followed by the introduction of the cryoablation device. The nasal nerves in the posterior middle and inferior meatus were ablated with good blanching of the mucosa in both locations. The procedure was then repeated on the left side.
