A 10-year-old male has had a nonpalpable right testicle since birth. A computed tomography scan of the abdomen suggests a high intra-abdominal right testicle. A laparoscopic exploration of the abdomen is performed under general anesthesia. A diagnostic laparoscopy is performed, and a small testicle with a slightly detached epididymis is identified. The decision is made to remove the testicle instead of trying to relocate it into the scrotum. How would this procedure be reported?
